ROLE:

Accountable for supervising the daily operations of the Plant Management team and managing the activities within defined standards, to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Oversee the workflow, compile reports and audit data quality.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

Ensure orders are processed timely and accurately
Assist with determining shipping instructions based on contracted terms, SOPs, and delivery requirements
Monitor mailboxes and communication flows for swift follow up
Run reports to identify data quality errors and implement corrective actions
Act as the main point of contact for onboarding new Suppliers
Collate data for analytics and dashboard reporting
Address all employee performance problems promptly and directly in accordance with personnel policies


SKILLS:

Demonstrated leadership ability. Ability to allocate work assignments and tasks to others to maximize the department's and the individual's effectiveness.

Capable of communicating and interacting effectively. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, colleagues, and customers with prompt communication.

Problem Solving. Ability to analyze complex problems and relay solutions. Take actions that are consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.

Analyze cause of failures and assists with the development and implementation of corrective action plans and training. Review and update SOPs.

Develops individual relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and appreciating others' efforts. Uses appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team.

Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals
