STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Seeking all Staff Accountants looking for a new opportunity!! We have clients in the Center City Philadelphia Area and Greater Philadelphia Market that are excited to speak with you about their current openings!
If you have 1+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, accompanied with a Bachelor's Degree (Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Admin), please apply!!

QUALIFICATIONS
- B.S in Accounting or Business highly preferred
- 1+ years of experience
- Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with preparation of the month end close
- Review all incoming check requests, enter A/P, and prepare for review by upper management
- Process checks bi-weekly and submit to check signers for signature
- Review outstanding checks and resolve with appropriate staff members
- Ensure compliance with internal controls on cash receipts
- Create invoices for Development staff
