BOOKKEEPING/AP/AR

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Excel

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive all invoices from outside vendors, sub-contractors and service providers via dedicated email inbox.
• Ensure timely entry of all invoices to ERP with correct general ledger and project coding.
• Communicate with vendors/suppliers as needed.
• Routing invoices for electronic review and approval and monitoring timely execution of same.
• Assist with preparation of the month end close
• Review all incoming check requests, enter A/P, and prepare for review by upper management
• Process checks bi-weekly and submit to check signers for signature
• Review outstanding checks and resolve with appropriate staff members
• Ensure compliance with internal controls on cash receipts
• Create invoices for Development staff
