Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal
Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a Litigation Paralegal for a well-known plaintiff law firm's Ridgefield Park, NJ office. This is a fully in-office role with a salary ranging from $80,000-$100,000 with excellent benefits.
This person should have at least 4 years of litigation experience in a law firm. This person should be experienced in drafting court documents, bluebooking, and efiling in state/federal court. Court experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency with legal filings, briefing, and the cite-checking/Bluebooking process, ensuring accuracy in formal papers and legal memoranda.
- Show proficiency with the federal PACER/ECF electronic filing system, including filing papers under seal, and familiarity with state court electronic filing systems.
- Conduct factual research and development using electronic research tools.
- Support trial preparation efforts by formatting legal documents, creating trial notebooks, and organizing exhibits.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years Litigation experience required
- Experience in bluebooking and federal efiling required
- Court experience preferred
