Senior Corporate Restructuring Paralegal - Hybrid
Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a Senior Restructuring Paralegal for a major law firm based in Midtown Manhattan. This role has a hybrid schedule.
This person should have at least 5 years of experience as a Restructuring Paralegal in a major law firm or respectable boutique law firm. This person should be experienced in CH11, CH13, and CH13. The salary for this role ranges from $100,000-$130,000 DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of bankruptcy court papers
- Draft notices, hearing agendas, and other court-related documents
- Assist with preparations for hearings and trials
- Communicate with court clerks and court staff
- Review changes to federal and local court rules/procedures
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years experience as a Restructuring (Bankruptcy) Paralegal
- Bachelors required
- Must have experience with CH11, CH13, & CH15 codes
