Responsibilities:

Job Summary: As the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our company. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Your expertise and strategic insights will be crucial in ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.

• Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Present financial reports to senior management and provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial plans.
  • Monitor performance against budget and provide timely variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Cash Flow Management:
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of cash flow trends and work closely with treasury to manage working capital effectively.
  • Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risks.
• Cost Control:
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement throughout the organization.
  • Develop and implement cost-control initiatives while maintaining a high standard of quality and service.
• Internal Controls and Compliance:
  • Establish and enforce robust internal control processes to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to policies and procedures.
• Taxation and Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay updated with tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to manage audits and resolve any compliance issues.
• Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
• Financial Analysis and Strategy:
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations to improve financial outcomes and support long-term planning.
• ERP Implementation and System Enhancements:
  • Lead the implementation or enhancement of financial systems and ERP software to streamline processes and improve reporting capabilities.
  • Ensure seamless integration and train staff on system usage.
