Our team is working with a mid-sized, national law firm in their search for a Corporate Tax Attorney with 6+ years of experience to sit in Dallas or Washington DC.
Experience advising clients on a variety of business transactions is required. Candidates should also have experience advising clients regarding federal and state tax implications, choice of entity, federal tax audits, administrative appeals, and managing state and local taxing authorities.
An LL.M. in taxation is required, with a CPA license preferred.
