Our client is a well-known organization in the Portland in the construction industry, and is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist on a temporary to hire basis. Responsibilities:
- As the Accounts Payable Specialist you will be responsible for processing invoices on a daily and weekly basis.
- Research and resolving discrepencies on invoices
- Provided assistance to company employees and vendors regarding payments, expense reports, and invoices
- Review employee expense reports for proper documentation and coding
- High volume data entry
