A growing healthcare organization in Skokie is looking to hire a temporary Customer Service/Data Entry employee for a 30-60-day project starting on Monday, October 14th to work onsite from 8:00AM to 5:30 PMCST. This is a critical project to support the onboarding of a new customer. The company has experienced incredible growth and is excited to take their business to the next level. Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry: Accurately input and update information in company systems, maintain records, and ensure data integrity.
- Customer service: Answer phone calls, emails, and live chats, assist customers with inquiries, and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or data entry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Healthcare experience preferred.
