Job: Fiserv DNA Data Analyst SME
Location: Remote 100%
Term: 12+ month contract
TOP SKILLS:
1-2+ years' experience with Fiserv DNA Core
Responsibilities:
+Designing and documenting complex technical requirements for business applications
+Partnering with business analysts to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions
+Creating data conversion mapping specifications
+Ensuring quality of data conversion output including holding quality inspections
+Validating offline System and Output testing of data conversion files
+Debugging complex code and processes
+Planning and participating in mocks and other client events in conjunction with client and Fiserv partners
+Building partnerships with clients, product owners, application development teams, and program management colleagues
+Adhering to internal processes and best practices
+Deposit specifics: Monitoring and reporting progress
+Identifying risks and issues; managing and escalating appropriately
Basic Qualifications:
+Bachelor's degree in CIS/MIS, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics or related field
+5 or more years of experience in IT or Business Analysis
+5 or more years of experience in PLSQL, COBOL, Mainframe applications, IBM JCL, and TSO/TPX
+Proficiency in MS Office suite with heightened focus on VBA, Access, Excel, and SQL
+Experience in a client-facing and stakeholder management role
+Understanding of the Issuing Industry and associated business function
+Experience with testing and validation of output, reports, and financial balancing
