Our client, a growing and dynamic Staffing Firm located in Downtown Boston is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for:

* Providing recruitment support for a team of recruiters including scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating in-person, phone, and video conference interviews
* Conducting phone interviews and screens for Recruiting team
* Assist with resume editing
* Sending out timesheet reminders for contractors
* Creating, collecting and compiling feedback and manage briefing documents
* Maintaining accurate and diligent candidate and search materials in CRMs
* Posting jobs on internal and external job boards
* Scheduling interviews for candidates who are seeking employment with external clients
* Collaborating with recruiters on offer proposals and approvals, as well as generating offer letters and offer documents for all new hires

The ideal candidate will be Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an administrative, client facing or customer service role, strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity and have excellent technology skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. This role can compensate up to $24/hour and will comprise of a Mon-Thurs onsite schedule, Fridays will be remote. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
