Inside Sales Representative
Construction company in Steele Creek is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. Hours: 8am-5pm. Temp to Hire. Pay = $18-19/hour.
Responsibilities
Receive and review orders generated from outside sales reps and distributors.
Acquire thorough product knowledge in order to assist customer call and visits.
Work with GM and/or Plant Manager to schedule production of orders to meet delivery dates.
Setup customer pickup or delivery with Transportation Dept.
Collect payments from COD customers and maintain customer ledger.
Receive, process and mail samples to customers.
Maintain general and job accounts in accurate and orderly manner.
Will develop close relationship with distributors. Will generate sales order.
Requirements
- Entry level role, open to someone with 1+ year of inside sales, appointment setting, or outbound calling experience.
- Strong technical skills; able to learn and pick up software quickly.
- Excellent relationship building, sales, closing skills.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize.
