Human Resources Generalist
Company looking for a Human Resources Generalist. Regular business hours. Temp to perm. Pay $23-25/hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles all recruiting efforts for the company
- Implements new hire orientation
- Answers any questions regarding policies and procedures
- Assists with administering employee benefits
- Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience (benefits, onboarding, hiring, time keeping, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
