Beacon Hill is currently seeking an Assistant Accounts Payable Manager for an exciting and engaging role! Our client, a growing organization in NE Portland, is seeking someone that can handle the day to day management and development of their Accounts Payable Team. If you have 2+ years of experience with managing and AP team of at least 3 people, a background in full cycle Accounts Payable and seeking a fantastic opportunity, look no further!

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, development and support to a well-established AP Team in a high-volume environment.
- Strive to improve AP processes within the organization.
- Assist with annual Tax Compliance. (W9 and 1099 processing and filing)
- Respond to escalated inquiries from vendors and internal stake holders.
