About You:

• A Bachelor's degree is required for this role
• 1+ year of experience in an office or corporate setting - this includes internships!
• Excellent organization and time management skills with a great attention to detail

• Skilled multitasker with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Day to Day:

• Work across company departments - including the sales, finance, and administrative teams to handle cases in a timely and professional manner
• Serve as a point of contact for multiple departments and complete administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and preparing presentations
• Ensure case files and information are accurately documented and organized securely
• Provide support and assist with additional administrative functions and projects as needed
