Our client, a highly reputable commercial real estate company, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer service-focused Property Administrator to join the Property Management Team! This team works to diligently to support corporate tenants here in Philadelphia, the ability to multi-task is a must!
About You:
- 2+ years of administrative experience (commercial real estate experience is a plus!)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Vibrant communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to give and take direction in a professional setting
- Team-player attitude with an eagerness to help
The Job:
- Answer incoming calls, place outbound to various vendors and overall provide utmost customer service
- Schedule and coordinate all corporate meetings and special events
- Maintain all lease documents including all tenant information, contract files, and insurance information
- Ensure office is stocked with all necessary supplies, monitor inventory and place orders
- Help with various other administrative tasks when needed
This contract position is paying up to $25.00/hour based on his experience. and has potential to transition into a permanent hire.
