Global Hedge Fund seeks to hire a temporary Human Capital Coordinator to their growing team. This is an open-ended temp role. The position will start asap. Currently, the company is operating a hybrid work trial where employees will work in the office Tuesday - Thursday with a remote option on Mondays and Fridays. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am -5:30pm/6:00pm with flexibility for OT as it arises.
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing their employee management system, Workday, for onboarding, processing payroll changes, updating employment documents and more
- Conducting employment verifications and background checks
- Other ad-hoc HR requests as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a highly ranked university/college
- 1+ year of related office/HR experience required
- Roll up the sleeves mentality
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Sense of urgency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
- $25hr - $30hr depending on experience
