Our client, a hedge fund located in NYC, is seeking an Investment Team Assistant to add to their staff. Hours are 8am-5/5:30pm and they are in office 4 days and 1 day work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Support a team of mid-level investment people, a Portfolio Manager and two Analysts
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling conflicts
- Book all travel arrangements, domestic and international, including creating itineraries
- Process all expense reports for the team in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience
- Must have financial experience
- Bachelors degree highly preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- $130K base plus bonus
- 100% paid benefits for employee and family
- Profit sharing plan that company contributes to
- Private chef for breakfast and lunch
- 4 weeks' vacation, 5 sick days
- $75 stipend for phone, added to paycheck
- Home equipment as needed - usually a laptop and desktop phone
