Our client, a success financial services firm, is seeking a direct hire Client Services Scheduler to join their team! The ideal candidate will have incredible interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving skills, and is passionate about helping others!

About You:

• 1+ year experience in a customer-oriented role (hospitality experience encouraged!)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving ability
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong sense of judgement and discretion when assisting members with confidential and sensitive matters

Day to Day:

• Connect with clients and help to schedule them for various classes, seminars and services
• Serve as a company expert in order to advise clients on different offerings
• Provide the utmost customer service to all members, treating each customer with respect, empathy, and desire to help
• Manage multiple calendars with frequently changing meetings
• Create notes from each client call in order to share cross-functionally with teams if needed
• Assist with various projects and other team members as needed
