Our client, a hedge fund located in Noho, Manhattan, is seeking a Junior Research Coordinator to support their NYC team. Hours are 8:00/8:30am - 5/5:30pm with flexibility as needed. This position will be in office 5 days/week, with occasional flexibility to work remotely. This position will support the Investment Research team alongside two other coordinators.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate calendars and logistics for calls, meetings, and HQ visits; manage Outlook calendars
• Act as vendor relationship manager for existing and new research subscriptions, contracts, and association memberships
• Schedule, transcribe, and organize department wide internal meetings
• Coordinate strategy marketing binders quarterly; manage deliverables spreadsheets
• Coordinate department wide engagement activities and/or off-site events, as needed

Qualifications:

• At least two years administrative experience, ideally out of financial services
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook

Compensation:

• DOE 70-90K plus discretionary bonus
• 100% paid medical
