Our client, a real estate investor, is seeking a Sales Leasing Associate to join their NYC team. The hours are 9am-5:30pm with flexibility and they operate on a hybrid schedule with four days in office and one day work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to prospective clients and help drive sales pipeline
• Conduct tours and drive full sales cycle for small to medium businesses to meet and maintain building target occupancy
• Answer inquiries and update the leasing and marketing platforms
• Develop marketing concepts, share feedback on marketing campaigns, and meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in leasing and sales
• Proven success with cold calling and emailing
• Proficient in CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to 60k to 70k with discretionary bonus
