Our client, a local Philadelphia law firm, is actively seeking a contract Client Service Representative to join their busy team! This candidate will be responsible for assisting the client service team with a dedicated outreach project. Strong interpersonal skills are a must!
About You:
- 1+ year of client service experience in a professional setting
- Vibrant interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- A team-player attitude with the proven ability to collaborate with others
- Expert attention to detail with prior experience managing sensitive information
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
The Job:
- Conduct consistent outbound calls to clients as designated by campaign
- Share client status and updates as related to overdue payments
- Discuss information, create payment plans and offer resources
- Document all calls in associated database, as well as update profiles and run reports
- Process payments over the phone when needed
This contract opportunity is expected to last at least three months with the possibility of extension. This position is paying up to $20/hour depending on experience.
