Our client, a healthcare-focused non-profit, is currently seeking a direct-hire Development Marketing Coordinator to provide support to their Communications and Development teams!

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
  • 2+ years of marketing or communications experience is required.
  • Previous experience with a fundraising-focused organization is ideal.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; technologically savvy.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule (2x/week on Mondays & Wednesdays) at the Washington, DC office; open to occasional travel.

The Job:

  • Create/manage an email and social media schedule for all fundraising events and development programs.
  • Develop all marketing materials (post cards, flyers, event registration pages, social media posts, e-blasts, etc.).
  • Develop and send e-mail communication.
  • Create and update stewardship reports.
  • Attend fundraising events and update fundraising website pages.
  • Manage and work with vendors on projects related to development needs.
  • Complete additional tasks and provide support as needed.

This is a direct-hire position that pays $55K-$65K, depending on experience.
