Our client, a top hedge fund, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Head of Global Equities in NYC. The hours are 8am-6:30pm and they are in the office 5 days a week. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with an executive that is seeking an ambitious EA!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and organizational support for the Head of Global Equities
  • Help senior team members prioritize the demand on their time
  • Ensure critical and time-sensitive matters get due attention from the team members
  • Organize and arrange both onsite and offsite meetings, team outings, and other event planning duties
  • Handle office management duties, including facilities/space planning, guest registration, and facilitating maintenance requests with building management
  • Arrange travel through internal travel department and create detailed travel itineraries for all trips; manage expense reports
  • Act as liaison between executives, their senior directs, and business colleagues
  • Maintain calendars and handle scheduling of all meetings and appointments for several senior managers and their teams
  • Light PA work as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of EA experience, preferably in finance
  • Excellent English, grammar, written and oral communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills and record-keeping, strong attention to detail, and proven record of successful problem solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and high energy level
  • Requires some flexibility with work schedule
  • Adaptable, flexible, resilient to changes and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software
  • Demonstrated the ability to function independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Total compensation package is up to $200-250K (includes base salary + bonus + paid OT)
