Our client, an asset management firm, is seeking a Internal Relations Analyst to join their Darien, CT team. The hours are 8:30-5:30pm and they operate on a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with investors, clients and external service providers
• Write professional responses to investors/clients seeking answers to questions
• Support senior team members in planning and preparing for investor and prospect meetings
• Write, edit, and proofread detailed RFPs and RFIs
• Edit and update marketing materials for all fund and service offerings
• Research industry publications and databases to support marketing efforts; read and learn to understand legal disclosure documents
• Create and update reports using the company systems
• Perform detailed analyses on industry topics, competitors and client investment portfolios

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0-3+ years relevant experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Ability to interface with multiple systems to acquire needed information
• Confidence to interact with all levels of management, both internally and externally
• Experience with DealCloud.com or a similar CRM system preferred

• Up to $85k base depending on experience + bonus
