Our client, a large trade association located in Arlington, VA, is seeking a direct-hire Senior Benefits Implementation Analyst to join their team!
About You:
- 3+ years of relevant experience; a degree is not required.
- Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- JIRA, SharePoint, Omni experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and general experience in the employee benefits industry.
- Experience ensuring data quality in large transactional systems.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent customers service, problem-solving, and oral/written communication skills.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site 2 days/week in the Arlington, VA office.
The Job:
- Ensure Health & Welfare and Pension plan proposals for members and changes are accurately updated in systems.
- Execute and monitor processes to create and load ad hoc proposal files to the group plan administration system.
- Create, plan, and update files and transmit to vendor; process group and pension plan proposals.
- Act as lead and subject matter expert on system processing of incoming Mergers, New Subgroups, etc.
- Serve as a point of contact for member related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Complete additional tasks as required.
