Growing, family-owned construction company in search of a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their team. Looking for a self-motivated individual with HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment and strong familiarity with OSHA requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit for all levels of employees from warehouse staff to managers
- Manage compensation and benefits
- Manage employee relations and training and development
- Workers Compensation
Requirements:
- OSHA experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment a requirement
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field a plus
