Our client, a non-profit organization in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Member Services Assistant to support their team!

About You:

• 1+ years of professional work experience.
• Must have direct membership experience or come from a member-based association.
• Proficient in MS Office Products.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent meeting coordination, customer service, multitasking, and oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site 2x/week at the Arlington, VA location; ability to travel occasionally.

The Job:

• Handle scheduling and assist with calendar/project management.
• Handle correspondence and communications; serve as the point of contact for member inquiries.
• Handle meeting logistics, coordination, and preparation.
• Prepare, draft, and edit documents and reports; process invoices.
• Update and maintain the membership database.
• Complete additional tasks and provide support as needed.

This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $22/hr-$24/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $50K-$60K when made permanent, depending on experience.
