Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary on-site Facilities Manager to support their team in Washington, DC!
About You:
- 8+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Products.
- Excellent oral/written communication, negotiation, project management, and customer service skills.
- Ability to be 100% on-site at the Washington, DC location.
The Job:
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day property operations.
- Handle financial reporting and cost control, operations, building security, and tenant and community relations.
- Manage tenant relations, building maintenance and security, and contractors.
- Manage budget and reporting of building ops.
- Manage rent collection and invoicing with tenants and vendors.
