Our client is a dental device company based in Waltham seeking a Customer Service Representative to work entirely onsite in a 3-6 month contract. This role would pay 23/hr, comprise a Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm schedule, and does have permanent potential.

Duties:

-Answer phone calls in a timely manner

-Assist customers generate accounts and place phone orders

-Process orders and take payments

-Provide technical support to callers and direct customers to local reps

-Assist customers with returns or exchanges

-Provide information on tracking packages

-Email/fax invoices requested by customers

-Gather literature to be shipped to customers or reps

Qualifications:

-At least 1 year of customer service/client service experience

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-High School Diploma/GED

-Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot accordingly

-Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude and work ethic
