Our client, a professional association in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a direct-hire Email Marketing Specialist to join their team!
About You:
- 6+ years of relevant marketing experience is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Marketo (or similar platform like Eloqua, Pardot, etc.) and Salesforce experience is required.
- Experience with email budgeting is preferred.
- Creative and detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site (3 days/week) at the Alexandria, VA location.
The Job:
- Collaborate with the Events Marketing Manager on strategy.
- Focus on the email marketing campaigns for events/conferences.
- Handle timelines and track deliverables.
- Handle list management/segmentation, design, QA, testing, automation, and optimization.
- Pull reports, analyze metrics, and make adjustment recommendations.
