Our client, a professional association in Arlington, VA is seeking a direct-hire Regulatory Affairs Manager to be a key player on their Government and Regulatory Affairs Team!
About You:
- 3+ years of government affairs experience in an environmental or trade association; a bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Products; Working knowledge of research and tracking platforms a plus.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills are required.
- Current knowledge of the DC political landscape.
- Ability to work 100% on-site at the Arlington, VA location.
The Job:
- Analyze and review issues affecting members.
- Conduct research; draft correspondence as it relates to this research.
- Take notes and draft meeting minutes; develop concise agendas.
- Draft and send emails on behalf of the team to key stakeholders.
- Provide additional support with all administrative and policy matters as it relates to advising their members.
