Our client, a think tank in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Project Coordinator to support their Business and Technology team!
About You:
- 1+ years of project/office administrative experience; event planning experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, multitasking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site (2 days/week) at the Washington, DC location.
The Job:
- Assist with day-to-day project coordination and management.
- Coordinate project workflow, communications calendar, and development responsibilities.
- Draft communications, development documents, monthly blog posts, and grant reports.
- Conduct research and handle deliverable timelines.
- Provide administrative support; handle travel arrangements and meeting coordination/preparation.
- Complete additional tasks as needed.
