Our client, a commercial real estate agency, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Office Manager to support their team in Potomac, MD!
About You:
- 2+ years of office management experience is preferred.
- Ability to sit at the front desk and direct calls using a multi-phone line system.
- Proficiency with MS Office Products.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to be 100% on-site at the Potomac, MD location.
The Job:
- Answer phones, route calls to recipients, and greet guests.
- Handle mail and prepare outgoing packages.
- Order lunch twice weekly.
- Order office supplies; dig into cost savings ideas for office.
- Provide light HR support and help with company events/special projects.
This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $25/hr-$28/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $60K-$75K when made permanent, depending on experience.
