Our client, a non-profit organization in Falls Church, VA, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Administrative Specialist to support their team!
About You:
- 1+ years of data entry and/or clerical experience.
- A degree is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of exceptional performance in providing professional customer service.
- Ability to be 100% on-site for the first 3-4 months at the Falls Church, VA location.
The Job:
- Support the pension department; ensure all required participant/beneficiary info is received.
- Enter information into the database to initiate and maintain payments.
- Handle mailing of pension checks.
- Communicate with participants via phone/email about any missing info/payment terms/adjustments.
- Complete other projects as needed.
