Personal services company that employs domestic staff for prominent family in New York / New Jersey /Hamptons is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Family Assistant. This role does require travel between NY, NJ and the Hamptons. Need to be ok working in a true 24/7 role. Hours range between 830am - 6pm while in the office but need to be ok working weekends as needed and reached in the evening hours. Note you will work as part of a team, so the team covers for one another. With the summer coming up you will need to spend a majority of your time in the Hamptons. This role will work closely with the Principle to schedule and coordinate activities pertaining to hockey. Someone who is interested in hockey would be a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling all hockey related activities
• Attending games as needed
• Ordering supplies for the team and planning events
• Running errands
• Ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 1 + years of scheduling/coordination experience
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, and interest in working in a team environment
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during demanding periods
• Creative and ability to problem solve
• Proactive, motivated and "can do" attitude
• Willingness to go above and beyond
• Committed and hard-working
• Schedule M-F, 8:30am - 6:30pm available on company iPhone after hours and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's License

Salary/Benefits:

• Paying between 75K - 85K DOE + Bonus + Free Lunch + Fully Paid Benefits
