Our client, a reputable marketing and communications agency, is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team in Philadelphia! Those with strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills will thrive in this role!

About You:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a professional setting, internships included!
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Incredible verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast environment
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Day to Day:

• Welcome incoming visitors professionally and escort visitors as necessary
• Assist in coordinating and planning various meetings and events
• Prepare conference rooms for upcoming meetings
• Maintain office supplies and inventory as well as incoming mail and deliveries
• Assist staff in office administration tasks as required
