Our client, a non-profit organization in Washington, DC, is seeking temporary part-time Donor Department Support to help their team (20 hours/week)!
About You:
- 1+ years of experience in donor/member-facing roles.
- Must have Salesforce experience.
- Must have excellent oral/written communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and effectively with minimal supervision.
- Must own a laptop and have reliable internet access.
The Job:
- Clean up duplicate contact records.
- Field donor calls and emails.
- Draft fundraising and advocacy emails.
- Test new website for broken links, typos, errors, etc.
- Assist with direct mail fundraising campaign.
This is a temporary part-time opportunity (20 hours/week) that pays $22/hr and is slated to last around 4-6 weeks. If you are interested in part-time work and have relevant experience, apply today with your MS Word resume!
