Our client, a Science and Technology Corporation located in Rockville, MD, is seeking a temporary-to-hire HR Manager to support their team!
About You:
- 7+ years of relevant HR experience; must have experience with government contracting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Collaborative and flexible with excellent oral/written communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
The Job:
- Administer benefit programs.
- Handle employee relations, compliance, and out-processing/terminations.
- Oversee investigations and guide management in employee disciplinary meetings and terminations.
- Manage filing and the HRIS.
- Lead/support special projects and initiatives to attract, retain, and develop associates.
