Our client, a business services organization in the energy sector, is seeking an LMS Specialist to join their LMS Director in implementing and configuring their new system! This role is perfect for a project-oriented professional who is seeking an opportunity to utilize their experience with Docebo.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in an LMS-based role
• Experience with Docebo required
• Advanced proficiencies in computer systems and ability to interface across multiple systems especially MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly via verbal and written correspondence
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Creative and analytical thinker

Day to Day:

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of their LMS system, Docebo
• Act as a continuous source of support and knowledge with any questions regarding the system
• Collaborate on projects to implement new initiatives and 1,000+ trainings annually
• Observe and analyze key metrics to measure training effectiveness
• Work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, providing timely and accurate results

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual ready to jump in and make an immediate impact with the project. This contract role is slated to last at least 2 months and is fully remote, paying up to $65/hour, depending on experience.
