Our client, a national non-profit in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a temporary Administrative & Outreach Coordinator to support their team!

About You:

  • 1+ years of relevant administrative, client services, and community development experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Products (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); must be tech savvy.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site (3 days/week) at the Bethesda location.

The Job:

  • Provide administrative support to the Community Engagement Team.
  • Manage expense reports and pull outreach lists.
  • Conduct outreach calls, emails, and letters; research community partners.
  • Assist with creating materials (flyers, social media posts, PowerPoint presentations, etc.).
  • Manage surveys and volunteer registration.
