Our client, an association management firm, is looking for a temporary-to-hire Associate to support their team in Washington, DC!
About You:
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Products.
- Excellent oral/written communication, customer service, time management, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to be 100% on-site at the Washington, DC location.
The Job:
- Provide administrative support and membership services.
- Answer the phones for all association clients; provide phone coverage for other offices.
- Provide customer service; respond to email/phone inquiries and correspond with members.
- Assist with scheduling, member dues, and event preparation/set-up.
- Handle registration (data entry) and meeting preparation/logistics (minutes, name tags, signage, etc.).
This a temporary-to-hire position that pays $22/hr-$23/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $50K-$55K when made permanent, depending on experience.
