Our client, a technological research and consulting firm, is seeking temporary on-site Event Support for multiple events in National Harbor, MD from Tuesday (5/30/2023) through Wednesday (6/7/2023)!
About You:
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Must be able to adhere to the dress code (business professional attire).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
- Ability to be 100% on-site at the National Harbor, MD location.
The Job:
- Provide event support for the conference.
- Stand/sit outside of appropriate conference rooms and scan attendees' QR code badges.
- Ensure that attendees are at appropriate conference rooms.
- Coordinate with and provide assistance to the conference support team.
- Monitor various rooms, make sure operations run smoothly, and assist attendees with questions.
