Our client, a healthcare commercial intelligence company, is in search of a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full time role located in Framingham, MA, with hours of 8:30am-5pm (Monday through Friday). This role compensates between $22-24 an hour depending on experience. What you'll do:

This role covers a wide variety of administrative tasks that facilitate executives' ability to lead and manage the organization effectively:

  • Maintain calendar and schedule for executives
  • Coordinate and book meetings and appointments, arranging sessions with multiple parties and groups, internal and external
  • Collect and prepare information, agendas, and presentations for meetings with internal staff and outside parties
  • Coordinate and book travel, compile documents for travel-related activities, and complete expense reports
  • Design, produce, and update complex documents, reports, slide decks, and presentations
  • Coordinate executive-level meetings and company-wide meetings/town halls. When required, maintain minutes for meetings and uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Assist in planning for the company and department-sponsored events
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on issues and concerns directed by executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Assist in the appropriate course of action or response
  • Compose and prepare correspondence and craft first draft of written communications
  • Assist with special projects and manage deliverables in support of department initiatives

What you'll need:

  • 0-3 years of experience reporting directly to senior management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint), with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to look ahead in planning and help departments run more efficiently
  • Ability to commute to the Framingham, MA Office two days per week
