Our client, an established non-profit environmental organization, is seeking multiple Seasonal Part Time Event Assistants to provide support services for weddings and other celebratory events taking place at their site in Audubon, PA. This is a great opportunity to showcase your interpersonal skills and gain addition experience!

About You:
* Driver's license with reliable transport required
* Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
* Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Self-starter with the ability to organize workload
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Day to Day:
* Serve as a liaison with on-site catering staff, vendors, and rental clients throughout the event period
* Prepare the site for events by setting up equipment, stocking supplies, and receiving inventory
* Open and close event venues
* Interact with guests and provide the best customer experience
* Participate in event staff meetings and trainings
