Our client, a technologies manufacturing in Waltham, is seeking a temporary Trade show Assistant! The Tradeshow Assistant will work closely with the Tradeshow Specialist assisting the team with all administration support. The primary responsibilities will include contracting support, communicating with vendors, reserving event space for tradeshows, managing a calendar, and assisting with event logistics. This temporary role will be scheduled for 3- 6 months and be fully onsite in Waltham. This position will compensate up to $25/hr depending on prior experience.
