Beacon Hill Associates is assisting a top client in Smyrna, GA with a search for a Master Data Analyst. This is a temporary assignment lasting 4 months and has a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze vendor master data to assist with cleanup, merging of vendors, and review of profile details to determine when vendor inactivation is appropriate.
• Generate written communications to vendors regarding process changes.
• Train associates on new processes and procedures.
• Perform system testing to ensure enhancements/updates are working properly.
• Assist with transition workload to ensure successful deployment of activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Concur Travel and Expense system
• Experience with NetSuite ERP system or large ERP system preferred
• Strong AP knowledge with analytical experience
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Excel skills required (Pivot Tables and VLookups)
