Our client, a financial investment firm in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a temporary HR Specialist to support their dynamic office!

About You:

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience; A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Paylocity and Greenhouse ATS/HRIS experience.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality; possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site (3 days/week) at the Bethesda, MD location.

The Job:

• Assist in the development of HR policies; educate employees/managers on policies and procedures.
• Maintain the HRIS system/records; input employee data, research/resolve problems, and coordinate system upgrades.
• Assist with employee/manager trainings; conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews.
• Assist with compensation, payroll, benefit administration, HR administration, etc.
• Provide support for HR programs including open enrollment, performance management, employee relations, etc.
