Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to support the a team in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm/6pm and they are in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain Salesforce CRM
• Attach resumes and other documents to candidate profiles
• Add candidate notes as requested by team; update outdated contact information
• Manage and respond to a high volume of requests from team members
• Opportunity to assist with scheduling and other ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years' experience in administrative support, preferably in financial services
• Some system/CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Confident about managing a high volume workload in a fast paced environment
• Capable of working independently
• Strong written and verbal communications skills

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $85K base depending on experience + OT + bonus
