Our client, a local commercial real estate firm in Arlington, VA, is seeking an on-site temporary-to-hire Property Administrator to support their team!

About You:

• 2+ years of professional office experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Products (especially Excel).
• Superb customer service, multitasking, and oral/written communication skills.
• Possess a strong aptitude to learn new systems.
• Ability to be 100% on-site at the Arlington, VA location.

The Job:

• Answer calls, respond to emails, and schedule services for tenants.
• Process invoices and forward to accounting.
• Proofread documents/correspondence and assist in receivables collections.
• Handle reports/filing and maintain up-to-date tenant contact lists/lease files.
• Purchase and maintain office supplies/equipment.
• Provide additional support and complete tasks as assigned.

This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $22/hr-$23/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $49K-$52K when made permanent, depending on experience.
